Wish I could leave zero stars after tonight. We ordered pizza for our kids birthday after being a constant customer. Picked up our pizza order and got home and they gave us the wrong order. Called and was told they would remake our order, went up to pickup the order and the owner with the beard who feels empowered belittled my wife and son and said where's the wrong order of pizzas they took because he could resell them to other customers. He then proceeded to tell her he will remember us next time in a defensive manner. Well guess what Buscemi's, we are contacting the main franchise owner and reporting you for wanting to resell pizza that we took home and opened. Not very sanitary given the business standards of Buscemi's. You e lost a big customer and hope your company is going to affected given your horrible customer service given to my wife and our family. His comments were very threatening to my wife and kids. This shouldn't be allowed ever. The girl who took our order was super nice and friendly and very polite with us. His demeanor was very threatening. read more

if I could give it zero stars I would. What a dump, and the young man at the register was completely and utterly rude. He accused me of committing fraud because I wanted to run my debit card without putting in a pin which runs it as a credit. I do it at EVERY store around here with zero problems, and the money comes out of my account. He was shouting at me about it. I believe he needs to be reprimanded. I have been coming to this store for 30 years, and I will NEVER go in there again, nor will my husband, and I will spread the word. read more
