So after they left I measured the front lot and it was not 33 foot wide it was 32 1/2 feet. They also promised me a drawing of my property. All they sent me was some sort of certificate. When I called them and asked them for the drawing the lady said you only asked for the staked survey. I also left a message with someone they're in charge and he never called me back. When in fact she told me when I first called them to ask them to survey my property that they would include a drawing of it. I also overheard one of the surveyors talking to my neighbor to the north and I think they did not place the northwest stake in the right location after talking to him. Do not trust this company they will not deliver on their promises.

He further stated he would not fix anything unless I paid him more money. I contacted the Better Business Bureau who sent them two notices of the complaint, but they failed to respond to either one of them. I will now file a Small Claims case against them in court and see what happens. At least the BBB now has dinged their record and I hope this will warn future customers to stay away and find someone else.

In fact, when the BBB was unable to give LDI the response they wanted due to documented evidence they told the BBB they were useless and were considering leaving. It can still be litigated. More than happy to share the documentation with anyone wanting to see it. G.A. Hunt Excavating of St John's installed a proper drain line and resolved the problem LDI created. They were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. If you have a drainage issue call them. I stand fully behind my warning to not trust LDI with grading or drainage issues. They are not trustworthy or knowledgeable.

They set the atmosphere in the entryway, with an assortment of tea, coffee, and cookies to enjoy while you browse (edit: this may only be present during Christmas shopping season. Still, a nice touch!). It's obvious that every item in this shop has been deliberately chosen by the owner, and each one uniquely captures the natural environment. Cedar and sage scented candles, stone vases, tempered votives, long-stemmed glassware, handmade soaps... you could spend hours looking at all of the ornaments and decorations on display. Gorgeous, inviting, warm.. it doesn't even begin to describe the atmosphere that they have created in the 3 main rooms of the house. The Weed Lady is also a florist, with quite a large greenhouse in the back. Will definitely have to do more exploring here during the summer.
