The food in the kitchen is good - provided you stick with local dishes. The serving staff is wonderful. Hotel staff for the most part is great. There is a new manager now but, when I was there, the prior manager was just okay, hence the lower stars, but I'm hopeful they improved since then. It is centrally located in the area, so it's easy to go to Hungary, Graz, Eisenstadt, etc. It's also very close (walkable) to local shops, although there aren't many of those.

You would find starters, salads, pizza, pasta and desserts. Coffee is wonderful. Service is nice and friendly. We will come back here!
