Dan McNeel had to climb multiple trees to top them first and had to be careful lowering large branches so as to protect my neighbor's expensive fence. Extreme heat in the area and our AC is not functioning properly - it is over 80 degrees and not cooling. Nikki answers the phone and says they are swamped, but will try to get to us later that day. In the afternoon, Ben shows up, gets up on the roof to look at the unit, tells us it is frozen up and low on coolant. He unfreezes it, adds the coolant, and it is starting to bring the temp down straight away. Second time using Knobel in a month, one personal and one business, and could not be any happier with either visit.
