Disappointed with Steele's promptness. Had them install new windows. They have the windows in their…read moreshop for several weeks before installing them. We called manufacturer and learned Steele had the windows. Steele only scheduled the installation after we called them and lit a fire. Steele also damaged the brick exterior during installation. I called them about repairing the damage and was told they would repair it within a week. It's been more than a month and the damage has not been repair. Likely won't use them again
