They were fully booked, but very helpful over the phone and happy to give advice. Good customer service experience which, unfortunately, can be hard to find in this line of business. I took my very old car to this garage and the whole experience was fantastic. I was met on the…read moreforecourt by AJ, who took my details and made sure my car was looked at quickly. I was able to wait in a comfortable, warm waiting room (part of a petrol station so you can buy a paper and drink while you wait!). Once the car had been looked at, I was taken under the ramp to see exactly what was wrong for myself, given the options for repair (including the cheaper options) and clear details of pricing. The car was fixed at the price agreed and on time. They also have facilities to pay and pick the car up out of hours (very useful if you work) and kept me fully informed at all times. As a woman, you feel a bit wary of garages but my experience was first rate and I would definitely use them again.
