Didn't know this place existed until about 2 months ago. We truly love it. It is a bit pricy but so so satisfying. Taste like home cooked food. Something has changed lately. I was in last week and the AC was broken. I had to stand in line and sweat drip while they prepared my food. Not even a mention of a discount for inconvenience, but! The to go containers have been pared down to half the size they were before and the cost was the same. Portion size was one of the reasons I would stop here as they were generous. I don't think so any longer. Food taste was pretty good, but value when you charge premium pricing is huge. And please don't ask me to leave a tip for to go food on the pad right in front of you. The food is good. The service is not. After ordering and waiting 20 minutes we were told it would be an hour wait in addition to the time we all ready waited. The reason was because grub hub orders came in heavy. Being on a lunch break after already paying and tipping this is bad service. They need to manage their system better and also tell people at the time of ordering it's going to be an hour and twenty minutes. Get your stuff together. My family and I just moved to Temecula and have enjoyed trying all the restaurants (there are many choices). Decided to try out Bushfire Grill because they received a lot of praise here on Yelp as well as offered 10% for "checking in". The food was amazing!!! I ordered the chicken and rib combo and the ribs fell off the bone and were delicious. Ordered the kids a QTR chicken meal which was more than enough for them to share. Everything was delicious, freshly prepared and moderately priced. I will definitely be a "regular" here from now one especially since they have family packs available for pick up, perfect for those nights filled with cheer practice and homework!! read more

The food: excellent. The slow cooked pork shoulder was on point; this dish alone was worthy of a 5 star review. The macaroni and cheese was almost as brilliant. The Greek salad would have been great in a Greek restaurant. The service: very sweet people, but hamstrung by growing pains. The register system was out & the servers were still learning a lot ( e.g., serving sizes). I hope to have a better experience in the future, and trust they'll get their efficiency to match their cuisine. The setting: okay. Great decorating, but a bit on the small size. The food here is so good! We had the chicken and ribs combo. The ribs were so tender and flavorful. The rotisserie chicken was moist and delicious. I had the strawberry salad as a side dish along with Mac and Cheese. The strawberry salad was to die for. The Focaccia bread was so fresh! I Like the outdoor seating when it's not so hot out ! Parking can be a little difficult in that shopping center so that is the only downfall!I hope this place does well because I will definitely go back! read more

We decided to go to this place after checking out the Yelp ratings. 5-star is right. Had the ribs and chicken. Ribs were outstanding. Best ribs that I've had in a while. Tender, fall off the bone tasty. The chicken was good but nothing special until you as their Peri Peri sauce. It is a bit tangy so it may not have broad appeal (they do have standard BBQ and Teriyaki sauces). What also makes this place first rate is the quality of the sides. We had their Mac & Cheese, Beans, Mash Potatoes, and organic grilled veggies. All of them were excellent. Special props for the beans & bacon. The only complaint that I have is that their complimentary water is pretty poor tasting. The addition of lemon doesn't seem to mask the taste of the tap water. A minor quibble compared to the food awesomeness that this place serves! One last thing: the service is excellent. Great attitude with a good-the-extra-mile level of service. Great start for a restaurant that has only been in business for ~4 months. read more

Our first time here.. We were in the area shopping and had heard about this new place...so decided to try it out. Inside was cramped while trying to decide what to have.. Servers going in and out , customers coming in and out. The wait staff needs tweaking or just more experience. Our server was very friendly and polite but brought out our sandwiches only .. No sides .. No napkins . Then 5 min later returned with one side dish and napkins. Another 5 min and finally recvd my potato fries. Food was good .. No complaints there. My wife and I visited this restaurant on a busy Friday night, and had one of the best meals in Temecula we've ever had. The Chipotle braised short rib was "melt in your mouth" delicious with a side of squash, and the Tri-tip was perfection with sweet potatoes and perfectly grilled vegetables.
