I was told equipment will be provided then the day before the class i find out that i actually need to buy it all myself because it's "not guaranteed." Not what i was told at the beginning but okay (i have texts to prove it too). It seems like whoever is in charge of responding to peoples questions and concerns doesn't really care if you're not apart of the gym already. Not sure if that's what's going on for sure, just how it feels after being ignored and getting a lackluster or no response at all. THAT'S NOT EVEN THE WORST PART. I'm a total beginner. I have made that very clear from the beginning and i think i have asked which Muay Thai class is the beginner class (because you guys have 3-4 of them at different times) because obviously I dont want to go into an intermediate class when, again, I'm a beginner. You think you'd want to answer this question relatively fast so someone doesn't get hurt but i guess thats not the case here. I thought i found a good gym and one that was close to the house but i guess it's back to finding a new gym.

Both instructors, Everett and Eric, were easy to meet/talk to as were all the students they instructed. The school has students of all ages, from young children to adults in their mid-50s, which made it really easy to find people with which I was comfortable training. Great atmosphere and even better people! I would highly recommend this school to anyone of any age who wants to learn or maintain their Jiu-Jitsu skills, but especially for beginners because of how welcoming and how accommodating are the instructors.

Living outside San Antonio, the drive was worth it as Sifu Parker is knowledgeable and proficient at WingTsun, has a great sense of humor, and takes a personal interest in his students. Do not waste your money, coaches are not coaching. One wears dirty " white" Gi without a rush guard! Disgusting! No respect for mat, people are allowed to sit on it with their shoes on. Find a different location or school if you are serious about jiu jitsu.
