He immediately paid the collections agency as soon as he was off his deployment. The gym would not let him cancel his membership after he paid. They also told him he would have to pay an additional 20% fee to cancel after he produced a specialized form from the collection agency (they would not take a text receipt or email receipt from the collection agency only one which would be received by mail). This most likely violates the TX Health Spa Act, the TX Deceptive Trade Practices Act, and the TX Debt Collection act! This place is a scam!

I think for anyone who has been out of the fitness game for a while, coming back in can definitely be intimidating, scary, and sometimes discouraging. Im so happy THIS is where i began... it was nothing like i'd feared. The trainers are all so Knowledgeable, motivating, and welcoming! You really begin to feel like you are a part of something bigger, a fitness family that is constantly PUSHing eachother to do better, work harder, and grind a little more every day. I do personal training with Mike Contreras, who is amazing at what he does with every client, just like all the Push trainers are! Not only do they offer personal training, but athletic, crossfit, and physical therapy. To top it off and one stop shop that offers a shake/meal prep bar and chiropractor. 3 years later, -80lbs (still a bit to go), I've seen my body, STRENGTH, and own self confidence grow. Im not so hell bent on numbers on a scale, but what my body is capable of; endurance, strength. It wouldn't have been possible without the daily inspiration i get from my PUSH family.
