Can't say enough how much these guys helped me out! I was travelling through the area on my way to…read moreBiloxi when I picked up a large screw in a tire. I had tried to plug the tire about ten miles down the road, but the only patch kit I was able to find was a dinky one that lasted all of that ten miles before blowing out and leaving me with a very flat tire. I pulled into the clinic and asked if there was any way that they could help out... unfortunately they could not officially help me due to insurance reasons (I was on a motorcycle, so this was totally expected). However, they did me a solid and handed me a truck gauge plug that I could attempt to fix the tire with myself... and that worked perfectly! They were able to inflate the tire (no insurance clashes there!) and I was on the road again. Again, all the work and risk was done by myself, but they really helped out with their knowledge! I was able to get to Biloxi, where I was able to find a dealer that could replace the tire (Just can't trust a plug completely... the whole way there I was constantly checking tire pressure, which is distracting!) the next day, and that is what I did. Again, my heartfelt gratitude to these guys for helping me out!

Now being a woman with two teen age girls, this man not only sent me somewhere to get my problem solved, he called them told them what I needed exactly, he helped me understand what would best serve my needs, and had the other place ready and waiting for us. When we got to our campsite we thought we would run to the parts store and get a fuse. The Jeep had other plans. Absolutely would not start. Called here at 4:55PM Jonathan said bring it in the morning and we'll look at it. We told him we would have to tow it behind the RV. He advised us that there was construction so we would need to pull into the grocery store parking area as we would not fit otherwise. My husband could not sleep much last night, thinking about the problem. As we drove to see Jonathan there was a parts store. My husband thought let's get that fuse and see what happens. Well it worked! Called Jonathan and told him we are good to go. He genuinely expressed that he was happy for us and was concerned we were going to be stranded as we waited for parts. Not many people care about another's inconvenience even though it was certainly not Jonathan's fault. After so many years traveling around the country we have come terms with "shit happens" but it's nice to know that there are guys like Jonathan out there for us.

The vehicle we looked at was in terrible condition and had clearly not been prepped for sale. It had a huge dent on the door, rust and sticky residue behind all the handles and trunk, completely fogged headlights, and heavily stained interior. When we politely told our salesman, Al Gammon, that we needed a moment to discuss the car, he rudely replied, "Did you not talk about it on the way down?" When I pointed out the blatant condition issues, he became defensive instead of helpful. He told us, "Where are you going to find a 2017 Camry with no scratches and dents?" and dismissively claimed it just needed a detail. Finally, instead of trying to assist us, he abruptly stated, "I guess this is not the car for you." Mr. Gammon bragged about having 14 years of sales experience, yet he lacks basic customer respect. I escalated this to the General Manager, Doug Driscoll, who offered a written apology but tried to soften the blow by claiming conversations can be "perceived differently." There is no misinterpreting direct, rude quotes. I have filed a formal BBB complaint. We will never buy a vehicle from Key CDJR of Marianna and we strongly advise others to avoid them as well.
