The Buster's on Walnut in Rogers Arkansas is INCREDIBLY and Unnecessarily RUDE! They employ an old blonde lady that was the catalyst of breaking all potential business for me and my fellow compadres! We generally shop Maca Doodles but decided on a whim to give Buster's a try... We pulled into the parking lot and saw a small stop sign which read "Order here"... Said sign was at the entrance of a drive thru a total of about 12ft from the actual service window and led us to believe that it was directing us to the window...NOT to an inconspicuous small speaker mounted within the pole HOLDING the sign... So we pull to the window and not one, NOT TWO, but THREE employees looked directly out the window before distorting their faces as if someone passed gas!! THEN AFTER WE SAT THERE NEGLECTED OF SERVICE OR REDIRECTION, THEY WAITED ON THE VEHICLE BEHIND US! I HAD TO CALL THE STORE TO BE EDUCATED TO THE DETAIL OF THE SMALL SPEAKER WHICH APPARENTLY IS A REQUIRED PREREQUISITE TO SERVICE! SMH!!! SHAME ON YOU BUSTER! read more

Busters is a newer store that has great prices on certain items. The store is really nice and clean with lots of kool displays throughout the store. Always cold beer in this store with great specials on liquor. Great service and people who will help ya pick out the wine or beer to pare with your favorite food. read more

Was visiting for a weekend, stopped here for a 6-pack. I couldn't decide, that always happens, and employee asked if i needed help. I told him what i liked and he suggested several choices. That employee was very nice, i really appreciated the help. When i got to the register, the clerk (LJ on my receipt) was even nicer. I arrived at 11:35 on a Saturday night. The sign on the door said closes at midnight. The guy that had the door locked told the customer in front of me they were closed and we should go to Hollywood liquor down the street. If a store cannot follow its own set hours I don't need to go there. This was the 3rd time I had been there. I never felt welcomed but this was too much. A very large selection of different beverages. A very clean store. However, after purchasing a six pack of beer, and drinking one, it turns out that the beer was rancid. Calling the store, we were told they would be happy to return our money, or exchange it for another six pack. Happy with this, we said we would return the next day to exchange it. The problem started when we went in to return the beer. We were told that the beer just tastes that way, and we should know what we are buying before we make our purchase. Was also asked my age. I told them 35, and said I don't know what my age has to do with the situation. Was told that different age groups have different tastes. After much more hesitation, the manager did return our money. Which I'm very grateful for. Thank you. I would just suggest, next time, either agree to exchange or refund the money, or say "sorry, but I am unable to help you out". How can anyone give less than 5 stars! We love going to Buster's. If I have a question, and often I do, they are extremely willing and helpful with information. Only been here once, but they had a great selection. I felt like I was being followed around the store by an employee. I just felt unwelcome by the man working that night. read more
