I am updating for the prompt response from Amy and the confirmation that what I ordered and what I received was not the same. Customer service is great and I appreciated the prompt response. old review: I ordered the premium neon splash bouquet for delivery. My mom just sent me a photo thanking us for the flowers and I was SHOCKED to see the huge difference in what the website shows Vs what was delivered. I try my best to use local businesses even though I no longer live here because I feel it's important to support them but this is totally disappointing. Busy Bee Floral - What I ordered, what I got. - Florists Near Me - Brawley, California

Busy bee was able to service my sisters wedding ceremony with short notice (week and a half before wedding). I understand we weren't able to get all the florals we envisioned and exactly how my sister wanted it due to availability and time. What we needed was bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, toss bouquet and of course her bridal bouquet. My sister had envisioned an all white bouquet but with recommendations from Amy she chose white with blush sandalwood roses, hydrangeas, ranunculus and peonies. My sister really wanted peonies and she was able to get us some which was great since they're not in season. When I saw my sisters bouquet it was not what we expected. It was partially white with some yellowish tones, blush and some of the peonies were small white buds that hadn't opened yet and looked yellow/dirty. I had to peel some of the outer petals off so it wouldn't look brown. Some of the peonies were really nice and got to open up pretty. In this case I think time was a big factor and there just wasn't enough time for them to open up. They delivered her bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets in a box without any water so by the time they got to us they were starting to wilt. I was surprised they weren't put in vases with water to keep them fresh as long as possible, at least for the bridal bouquet. The toss bouquet for reception was tiny and consisted of hydrangeas and some other small white flowers and the hydrangeas (most of the toss bouquet) completely wilted by the time the ceremony was over. I ended up using my bridesmaid bouquet for the toss bouquet. The bridal bouquet was pretty but it had more yellow tones than we expected. We envisioned something different with way less greenery as well. Communication with Amy was ongoing throughout the process but I didn't get any pictures of her bouquet beforehand. It was expensive and I was disappointed that we weren't as informed of how it was going to look when it was ready and that they came without water. An overdue review but I am so pleased Amy and everyone down at Busy Bee Floral! I am from way out of town but got married in The Valley and that made finding vendors I liked and trusted SO HARD. I found Busy Bee on Yelp and barely looked at her pictures but decided to give her a call. I got a great vibe from Amy and decided to give them a shot. She is reasonably priced and so kind. I should add that I had BIG requests and they were unique. I wanted succulent themed florals and I wanted all the succulents to be real. This is NOT EASY. I was able to visit with Amy before the wedding and she made me feel so confident and relaxed as a bride. She over delivered and gave me the most beautiful wedding florals I could ever ask for. Busy Bee looks like it gets booked for a lot of traditional typed things so that's what you mostly see on their page but I truly believe they can deliver whatever your vision is!!! 1000% recommend! read more

If you're looking for a trustworthy florist in the area this is the place to call. I called to see if they had same day delivery and was surprised that I was able to place an order online and have it delivered a few hours later. They exceeded my expectations by far with a perfect arrangement of flowers. I don't live in the area so its always difficult for me to know for sure how good a company is but I'm glad I took a chance. I will definitely order from them again in the future. read more

This review is long overdue but better late than never. I found Busy Bee Floral on yelp. I easily was able to order a beautiful poinsettia for my mother in law with no problems. They delivered it early in the day and the plant was absolutely gorgeous!! I would highly recommend doing business with this floral shop!!! read more

Special thanks to Amy at Busy Bee Floral! I wanted some Fourth of July themed flowers for my Mom's birthday and made the mistake of ordering them from a large florist out of state. That florist tacked on a bunch of fees which put a simple bouquet in the $100 range. I canceled, then called Busy Bee in Brawley on Mom's birthday. Amy put together just what I wanted with some fabulous colors and surprises and delivered it the same day. I highly recommend Busy Bee for their great service and beautiful work! read more

So. Completely. Unhappy with this florist. Do NOT trust this florist with your credit card. This florist changed the terms of our agreement without letting me know, then ignored my texts and phone calls, stating they were now closed, even though the website says they were open for another hour. Completely unprofessional. In the original discussion, I asked for a live plant arrangement with fresh floral cuts inserted. They agreed to send me pics of the current plant arrangements they had in their shop for me to choose from. When I saw the pics, they were not plant arrangements, they were single plants that looked like they were purchased from the Home Depot discount section, not at all florist quality, certainly not worth $76. When I responded within the same hour the initial pics were sent letting them know that those were not what I had in mind, I was ignored completely. No response to my texts and no answer for my call. Next thing I know is my intended recipient said thank you for the flowers...!?! The florist delivered without following the agreement we had discussed.
