We have use Busy Bee for years and have had excellent service from them. I am writing a review because this week some cardboard we had in our garbage can flew out when the wind lifted the lid. The gentlemen on the back loaded our garbage and then proceeded to pickup three of the pieces that had blown down the road and across the street. They always take our extra bags on weeks we have a little more garbage too. read more

Had Busy Bees and we where happy with the service. Problems came when we canceled our service and the they kept taking money out for several months . This was back in 2022 still have not received a refund . read more

Always on time; even when service falls on a Holiday. However; cannot get a hold of someone to stop service. I live in HOA and cant leave cans out, i cant end service since i moved. V/m is full, no response from email, i sent certified letter, left not on my trash can. I have contacted BBB to ensure my service is completed, i should not have to involve the BBB to end a 20 year contract? read more

I would give less than 1 star if possible for their customer service. The only way to contact this company is via email and they do not respond. I cancelled my service back in August. They apparently got the email because they picked up my trash cans. However, they continue to charge for their service. I've emailed 3 times requesting them to fix the issue or at least stop charging me and no response. Be very careful signing up with this company because it's extremely difficult to get resolution. read more

More or less their service has mostly been reliable. However it seems impossible to make contact with these folks. You call their business number and you have to listen through their non-applicable jabbering announcement, only to then get to the 'at the tone leave a message' expected prompt to instead suffer through the 'the mailbox is full - try again later.' firewall. So no voicemail message to their business number. Then you go Online to their website and try to 'contact' them - and the webform where you enter your name and your message - and when you submit (or try to) it - it just comes back saying 'Correct highlighted fields' - but there are NO highlighted fields - so you can't contact them via website. Then I physically drove to their 10 Pine St Maiden NC address and at 2:30pm on a Friday when listed hours were 9am-5pm Mon-Fri, there was nobody home. But I ran into a guy trying to park his truck where my car was who said he was 'related' to the Busy Bee's owners and he had someone at (704) 308-1636 call me and work out that the 12 or so months they double-billed me they would refund me (phone call was Fri 1/4/2019) on Monday via mailed check - but by Fri 1/11/2019 such evidence was not delivered - and subsequent attempts at contacting Busy Bee's have failed. That (704) 308-1636 number message tells me I am not authorized to leave a message at that number. These folks seem invisible. read more
