I had thought with yard clean up, the lawn would be mowed but this was not included. The weeding was done but not throughout the rock trim and flowers were pulled along with weeds. The bushes were not trimmed. Two were flowering and couldn't be but the others should have The mulch is done well but a mess was left behind. I understand mulch is messy and it was raining. All in all, I would not use again.

The crew showed up on weekdays as requested and they were fast, really fast, maybe too fast. Over this past summer they broke off a chunk of a hardscape wall, knocked over a cement bench, ran into our address boulder, damaged shrubs and weekly tore up patches of the lawn. Accidents happen but this was consistent damage and reporting the incidences had minimal, shorted lived effect. The final straw came when they weed whacked two clearly tended and mulched flower beds totally obliterating 10-12 perennials. Their lawn service was the worst I've had. Snow removal was fine, they were timely and did a good job with the driveway and walk. Leaf removal was OK but expensive - $565 for less than an acer of property.
