From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by the sweetest owner. He truly makes you feel very welcomed. The staff also is so sweet. The decor is very pretty, we loved the contrast of the pink and black. You can really tell they took time to decorate and put thought into this place. We ordered 2 tembleque lattes and a blue charge smoothie. The coffees were amazing! They truly do taste like the puerto rican dessert. My son loved his smoothie, he said its very refreshing. We also ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and a breakfast croissant. Both came with some chips. Both my son a partner said they were good. I got the Tembleque drink inspired by the traditional Puerto Rican coconut pudding, and they literally put a piece of tembleque in the coffee. But First, Coffee has a brick-and-mortar location near the Florida Mall, but I visited their truck located in Lake Nona. I ordered the Cookie Butter Latte with oat milk, and it was pretty good! This was my first time visiting But First Coffee Shop. I was in the area and decided to stop in. The shop is decorated with fall accents and features religious and coffee references throughout the shop. The shop felt inviting and the staff was too. I was welcomed and greeted upon entering. As I waited for my turn, I found the coffees, teas, and food menus each on their own clipboards on the counter. I decided on trying the Spanish Latte. I also grabbed an Overnight Blueberry Granola cup from a cooler near the register. When it was my turn to order, I approached the register. I just happened to look down on the counter and found a fall menu that was also attached to a clipboard. I looked over the menu and decided to instead get the Pumpkin Flan coffee. While I was waiting for my order, I was advised that they were out of pumpkin. I was disappointed because I love pumpkin and flan! reverted back to the Spanish Latte. The drink was prepared and I was on my way soon after. It was still a good option. The Spanish Latte was delicious. It was flavorful and not too sweet. The Overnight Blueberry Granola cup was also good. The blueberries and granola were fresh. The oats also had a good flavor. It was well put together and was filling. I have ordered delivery from here twice now. The first time it was only coffee. While my friend said her butter cookie latte was a bit too sweet, my Strawberry Milk coffee was delicious! I just took the chance to order a second time to see if it was consistent, while the pink milk wasn't pink, the flavor was 100% still there. The Espresso is bold and delicious. The location has plenty of parking. Inside there is worship music playing and bright decor. The screen displays some of their available food and drinks. My sister brought me to this coffee shop yesterday and wowwwww!! It was such a cute place and the owners were super personable! We spoke to Francis and let her know it was our first time there. After an early medical appointment which required no food or drink prior, I was ready for breakfast and a frothy coffee. My hubby found this cute spot, thanks to Yelp, on our way home. The atmosphere was charming and the staff was welcoming and provided helpful suggestions. When I thanked them for the tasty food and drink, I was told "we aim to have you feel like you're home". I would say the only hiccup I had was at most of the menus that had the additional food were not up on display, but you didn't see them until you got all the way to the register maybe if they had the handheld menus at the front door it would make the experience a little bit more flowing.
