These guys make the best Kiev's. Maybe it's just the eay I cook them, but it seems every time the garlic butter comes seeping out leaving me with a dry, overdone piece of rubber.
Enter Brandon Park Butchers. Apparently it's all in the way they are rolled, but these Kiev turn out perfect every time.
Also worth trying are their sausages. Some really nice combinations (and some rather strange ones), they are super fresh and not overly fatty. Perfect slapped between a piece of fresh bread with some onions and sauce.
