Customer service is awful. Waited on hold for 43 minutes and finally when a woman picked up, she stated that she couldn't hear us talking, and immediately hung up on us, and she didn't call back. We had full service bars and the phone was unmuted so there should have been no issues with hearing us on our end. Ridiculous. read more
