STAY AWAY FROM BUTLER POWER WASHING
We hired Butler Power Washing for a simple spring cleaning, and it turned into a frustrating and costly experience.
The same day the work was completed, we noticed obvious issues--drip marks, uneven cleaning, and visible discoloration across our siding. Some areas looked untouched, while others appeared overwashed and damaged.
When we contacted the owner, he initially blamed "normal oxidation" and even mentioned that his wife had helped with the job. After we sent photos, he admitted it wasn't oxidation and told us he had used a brand new machine not meant for siding, but for stucco. He said he would correct it with the proper solution and estimated it would take about six hours.
Then we heard nothing for two weeks.
When we followed up, we were met with attitude. He claimed he was too busy to respond and refused to provide a timeline, despite the damage to our home. After repeated attempts, he finally scheduled a return visit.
On the day he came back, he spent about one hour on the house--far from the six hours he originally said would be required--and left without resolving the issue. The siding still looks the same, and now he's claiming the damage is due to "sun bleaching," not his work.
For context: our home is only four years old and had zero discoloration prior to this service. Our shutters were a consistent blue and are now visibly damaged with streaking and uneven fading.
This was a completely avoidable situation caused by improper equipment and lack of accountability. The communication, professionalism, and follow-through were extremely disappointing.
