We needed a tree branch taken off the hydro wire running from the pole to our home, HydroOne would not do it as it is private property. A friend suggested checking with Tray at Butler Tree Service. He was here to look & give a reasonable estimate. When he did the work he was fast and efficient and friendly, even using special paint on the tree cuts to avoid oak wilt.
