I asked her a few questions to lighten the mood but that didn't work. I felt that the whole encounter was a big turn off and made us feel that we didn't want to purchase from this store. If you go in to see their items, be ready for truly rude customer service.

IMHO, Butlers is especially good place for shopping on Christmas Eve ;)
