Awful! They sold us and installed camper tie down straps knowing that they would not work with super hitch and will not refund or try and fix they situation. Got a bid for some steps on a truck, the bid was for both steps to be installed. They only installed one step and then charged double what the bid was, when we complained they said, "it's only a bid, not a price guarantee". Isn't a bid supposed to be what the price is, and if it is more, shouldn't they of called with an updated price for the work? read more

Terrible service! We took our RV to be repaired and it took them over 3 months to repair. There were new dents in our unit, they broke the blinds they were to install. They delays that were mostly their fault cost us family vacation. They promised us our unit would be ready before our trip then at the last moment they informed us it wouldn't be ready. They did not even offer to compensate our lost fees due to late cancellation for our trip. They were not proactive in finding out why our parts were late and they even ordered the wrong parts. When the new dents were discovered they refused to come and look at them and we had to bring our unit back and have them look at it. read more

HORRIBLE. They had my trailer for over 3 months and blamed it on Keystone not working with them on warranty work. That was BS cause I called Keystone and they had already authorized them to do the work. They are horrible at communication. So many times I called for a update and they said Larry would get back to me, he never would! I asked if someone else could talk to me and was always told they didn't know what he was doing or where his paper work was. Then they got mad at ME cause I couldn't pick it up when I stated I could. Screw them. So happy they are out of business. Horrible horrible customer service, communications. I have yet to check their work, I doubt I will be satisfied read more
