However I wasn't 100% sure, I contacted W.S Heitman (Brian) the following day. I explained the trouble shooting I had done, Brian gave me some advice to test one more thing and it confirmed the sub controller was bad (fried by the lightening). I contacted Brian back and confirmed the sub controller was bad, he took the time to check and see if he had the sub controller in stock. With good luck they had it in-stock and he arranged a fellow employee to meet us at their business location so I could purchase the item. I took it home and installed the new sub controller and it fixed our well system. The biggest thing is both Brian and the other employee were out on service calls and were able to make this happen by working together for our benefit. I would recommend using W.S. Heitman because of the value they bring to help people in need.

Brian shows up in 30 minutes. I'm impressed. we confer. no access for his truck. I call Meyers Crane service. no problem. Brian and Alberto show up after crane is set up. They pull up dead pump and rusted out pipe, replace with new Stainless steel pump and PVC pipe. button it up, flush it out. All golden again. even cleaned up after themselves. Very impressed.
