As a kid, I went to the predecessor to this practice, and after it changed hands I followed it from…read moreNiddrie Square to its current home on Govan Road, between Ibrox and Cessnock. As an adult, I usually get my check-ups at an NHS dentist, but I keep coming back here for the more detailed cosmetic work that I need to get done from time-to-time. Dr Lang is the only one I trust to fix my front tooth, which chipped when I was a teenager and is healthy enough not to replace with a crown or veneer, but which still wears down over time. I've had him fix this with white filling on 3 occasions now, and each time he's also had a new retainer made for me so that my teeth will stay in place. He's always super professional and friendly, and he does a fantastic job. He's very meticulous about his work and I always feel comfortable there. Each time I've been happy with the results. His assistant, Leslie, worked for my previous dentist, so she's been there since I can remember, and is also very precise and always lovely to chat with. The location itself is in the Watermark Business Park, and is always incredibly clean and it's a pleasant, light space. Recommended.

Then if you dare stand up for yourself and complain, expect more denial; being coaxed into pressured meetings under false pretenses; bullied and gaslit into believing your complaints aren't real or that conversations you had didn't take place; being tricked into taking humiliating and unsolicited photos of your teeth; and then finally being ignored again. He was told by Offord it was possible and he was to see Mathieson who made him a denture and told him it would be used until the bridge came and charged him £500 for the dunture and then told him they wouldn't be doing his bridge because if ford and him had decided without explanation, my friend called and got a rather stripy receptionist who I think might be offord's wife or partner but my mate complained to Offord who had told him he would do his upper bridge and he had changed his mind while extorting money that could have been saved. His own dentist could have made his denture for £100 max. My mate was so distressed and nothing he could do. I'm now doing this so everyone can see what kind of business these do operate. To date after writing a complaint there have been no explanation as to why Offord and Mathieson Edinburgh' answer to Burke and Hare done this and were less than honest especially Mathieson who made the denture moulds. It's a DISGRACEFUL DISGUSTING DISCRIMINATORY BUSINESS THESE TWO RUN and MATHIESON works in Glasgow too. I'm going to make it my mission to see these two held to account. Kelburne Dental Practice was recommended to me by my boss when I had toothache. I phoned in the…read moremorning and got an appointment to see a dentist that afternoon. Going to a new place is always a bit worrying because you don't really know if they are any good but my boss has been using Kelburne as his dentist since he was 1 year old so that reassured me. The nerves settled more and more the longer I was in this dentist. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and went about things efficiently Cleanliness and hygiene excellent and with very modern equipment and decor - so one by one my anxieties disappeared. The dentist spotted my problem right away and took time to explain what had caused it. The treatment was painless and the toothache problem fixed and I didn't need to get the tooth out. Before I left I was given a printed list of further possible treatments that would be needed to finish the job, and their costs. I felt I was being treated by people who were interested in me, and not just another mouth and source of money, and left feeling as if I had been looked after by friends. I realised on my second visit that no only are there u to date magazines in the waiting room, there's a big flatscreen TV and free wifi for patients. Treatment went well, but when I suggested that I was thinking of splashing out to get my front teeth crowned, the dentist threw his hands up in horror and explained why this would be a bad idea, and a very expensive and unnecessary treatment. So full marks to everyone at Kelburne.
