The perfect vape shop if you're looking to quit the habit. The staff/owners are very unhelpful and unknowledgeable about the products right in front of them. So I've been going here for years because it was the only vapor place I knew about, but now that there are other options, avoid this place. I'll give a brief "greatest hits" list of the biggest issues I've had over the years. First, some of the vape juices are not the nicotine strength they say on the bottle, specifically the Butts Out brand. Now these are in the $5 discount bin, so not the biggest issue, but if I start feeling nicotine withdrawals after buying a bottle labeled in the strength I always get, it's a dead giveaway that the product is garbage. Even if it's in the discount bin, there should be at least a bare minimum of quality control to what they sale people for money. But this level of petty nickel-and-dime-ing the customer that they do applies to the rest of their business. I bought a new vape unit there, then a few days later I went back in to get more coils for it, only to learn that they no longer make them for that model. And of course when I bought it I asked to make sure that they would in fact have more coils for it, and they said they do. So that was a nice waste of $40. And now for the thing that has finally spurred me into writing this review, and seeking other means of vape supplies, is the nicotine additive packs. I'd get some bottles of the juice, and they wouldn't always have the nicotine strength I'd need, so I'd get the additive packs to make them usable for me. But on multiple occasions I've bought one, gotten home and opened it, and found that the capsule had either ruptured in the packet, making it unusable, or was just COMPLETLY EMPTY. And due to their policy of blaming the government for all their problems, they wouldn't do a single thing to rectify the situation. I guess being in Nevada, they think that all businesses should have a theme of gambling. Either you spend your money and get what you paid for, or you get nothing and can give them more money to try again. I shopped here because I like supporting local businesses, but this store makes a pretty strong case for going through the hassle of jumping through hoops to buy this stuff online. I will continue to buy locally, but not here. Honestly if it was between shopping here and shopping somewhere that punches you in the face as soon as you walk in the door, the face punch would probably be less frustrating in the long run. But as of this writing, there are other local options that are far better. Even if only by default. TL;DR Rip off artists and lacking selection and stock. read more

So I bought a novo for here and they claim to have a 30 day Warranty so my novo was fireing way to long and I took it in and they confirmed that it would be covered under warranty but here is there so called warranty, I had to give them my novo for a few days to look at well I started vaping to quit smokeing cigarettes if I turned my vape in I would only want a cigarette witch is really a bummer I was under the assumption that they would change it out same day "not the case" read more

Don't go here I went to go get some juice and ask to see the menu they couldn't show me the menu but also couldn't tell me what they had so I asked for a flavor got juice but will never go there again! The owner and the old lady there today were so rude! And they said my child was hitting the door and window but he was tapping on it! Big difference! Stopped by here during my visit to Lake Tahoe. Friendly staff and great service. I'm relatively new to the 'Vape World' but they were able to answer all of my questions and get me hooked up with everything that I needed. Stopped in to get a new tank and some juice. Got a rainbow colored Smok tank and some of their house juice. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I chose "Forbidden Fruits" juice and it is some of the best house juice I've ever had, sad I can't get it easily at home. Great experience, 5 stars read more
