They always give the best deal and I never feel pressured or uncomfortable. Most of my dealings were with Philip Lee and his Staff. What a bunch of great guys! Honest, respectful, courteous, gentleman. They are all very knowledgeable of all the vehicles they sell. All my family and friends always thank me for referring them to Edward Lee's Japanese Auto Centre. The friendly professional staff always leaves a great impression on everyone. And they always gets the deal done. I have never walked out of there without the best deal on a car. What's better than dealing with honest people with that much integrity by letting them take care of your car buying process. I could of never purchased this car or any other Nissan for the deal Edward Lee's gave me. To sum this up if you are in the market for a Nissan a Toyota or any Japanese Import, you would be making a big mistake not to stop in at Edward Lee's Japanese Car Centre and give them a chance to show you the difference that sets them apart from the rest. I bought a car from this dealer, which I later found out to be in need of thousands of dollars…read moreworth of repairs. The tires and brakes were worn down to an unsafe level for driving, multiple globes on the vehicle were burnt out, the check engine light had been turned off because there were multiple issues with both the oxygen sensors and catalytic converters, the back middle seat belt buckle was also jammed so it was unusable. I found out later that a simple request to replace the wiper blades before purchasing was ignored, even though I was told it had been done. I was also told the mechanic had looked it over and gave it the all clear. Obviously another lie. It is partially my own fault for not requesting a mechanical inspection before purchasing because I test drove the vehicle and it appeared to be in working order and I trusted these men to do the right thing and not sell a vehicle to someone in such a condition. Absolutely do NOT trust these dealers without first getting the car thoroughly inspected. I've wasted so much time and money trying to get this car back to a condition in which it is safe to drive.

They said the parts have been ordered and would be fixed if I purchased the car. They also said it came with 2 sets of keys and complete service logs books and maintenance history. I decided to buy the car based on all we discussed but when I turned up to pick the car up the parts had not been fixed, I only received 1 key and there were no logbooks or service history. They said to come back and they would have the parts installed/fixed and give me another key and log books. But from the time I drove out of the car lot, they stuffed me about and stopped answering my calls. LESSON: Do not take the car unless everything you asked for has been given/dealt with. These guys will not do a thing for you once they have your money! I'm surprised they are allowed to operate! It's a shame I have to give any stars

When I was first interested in the car I was told I HAD to put a $200 deposit on the car, even though at the time I only wanted to see how the finance would work out and wasn't 100% on this being the car I wanted, but I was told they wouldn't be able to look at the finance until I put the deposit on the car, when I was hesitant to do so (incase I changed my mind) I was assured that if that did happen the deposit would be returned no problem, this wasn't the case. I ended up changing my mind on the car due to multiple reasons and spoke to the dealer (Joe) and explained that I was getting a different car and at the time he was lovely about it and would speak to Lou about getting me back my deposit. After a day I had heard nothing, I sent Joe a text which he ignored, after a second text he proceeded to call me and tell me that he wasn't going to give me the money back because I had supposedly inconvenienced the finance guy (which was definitely not the case at all as I had already spoke to the finance company about changing my mind and they were more than lovely about it) Joe also insisted it was an inconvenience because they could have sold the car in the mean time. I argued that this wasn't what we had agreed upon and he then proceeded to hang up on me and block my calls. I then called Lou and he proceeded to tell me that I had signed a legally binding contract which had a 24 hour cooling off period and that it also had a cancellation fee of $250. At this point I had only signed a privacy agreement for finance which had none of these "supposed clauses" in it. After a 20 minute argument throughout which Lou attempted to convince me that I was legally binded to pay him a cancellation fee he finally agreed to put the money back into my account. All in all this experience was not great, these guys were arrogant, unscrupulous and incredibly rude..... I do not recommend them as a dealer at all.

I have never meet a more honest Car yard and it is great that it is a small family run business as you can see the difference. I received an Australia wide warranty with all of my purchases and i really felt reassured. If I had any questions or needed anything fixed the owner was more than happy to assist. I never had anything major go wrong with all of my cars and the pricing at Beautcars is very competitive compared to most places. Every purchase I have made I have left with a smile on my face and have just traded my old car back into them. Great Service, Great Cars and I would definitely recommend Beautcars as a Car yard you wish to visit for a good quality second hand motor vehicle.

These conmen sell very beaten up, abused cars at an extremely inflated price through finance…read morecompanies who will give anyone finance at an extremely unfair and ridiculous interest rate. The penrith yard tried to trick me into a dodgy sale. When i pinned them for it they tried to STEAL MY CAR. This is fact. I was lied to on where it was and told it was already gone when it was in the yard hidden from me deliberately. When this was brought to head office' attention they were "outraged". I was told they wanted to look after me and put things right. They sold me a car that in the 4 months i have owned it has cost me nearly 10k in repairs. All of which were problems i was told by the AFS "mechanics" didn't exist. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
