I sat in the waiting area for 20 or so minutes before another person walked in. I observed a very lackadaisical pace about things. No sense of urgency to get through the process. When the teenager walked in the female barber asked him if he had an appointment and he said yes with the male barber. It took a few more minutes for him to ask if I had an appointment. When I replied no he said that he had an opening about and hour plus later. The female barber who looked over at me several times while I was waiting never said a word. I got up said no thanks and rolled out. I mean WTF, it's a barbershop not a beauty salon. I have a short normal hair cut. A clip sides and back with a quick clean up on the top takes 10 minutes tops.
