It's a little hard to find unless you use GPS. Nestled in an little downtown area. There is a lot but it fills up fast. First tip...dont drink the water. It's not good tasting tap water. Get cofee, juice, whatever. It is basic breakfast with pretty good service. Enjoy! read more

So disappointed! We were going to ocean springs for the farmers market, so I looked up breakfast places on yelp. Buzzy's looked great, so that's what we decided on. We got there and literally sat for 10 minutes without being waited on or acknowledged. That in itself wouldn't be a huge problem except they weren't that busy in spite of being a Saturday. The 2 tables seated after us in our area had their drinks and were placing their food orders when we got up and left. Also numerous servers walked by our table and never said anything. read more

This place is exactly what they say it is. If you want breakfast and don't want to cook it yourself, this is probably the place to come. You can cook everything on the menu, so you aren't going get something earth shattering here, but you will get good food that won't break the bank. As a total cheapskate, though, I would love to be able to do it for a dollar or two cheaper. read more

We came to Ocean Springs on vacation. We decided to stop here based on the reviews. It's a cute little place. The host was friendly enough. The menu is pretty basic: eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc. They had a decent crowd, but weren't "packed." Our food took much longer than it should have and was quite lackluster. My friend's food was like warm at best. My portion was pretty small for the price. I wouldn't suggest going there. read more

My review is based on service only, not food. Walked in on a Sunday 5 minutes before the posted closing time and was told that they weren't taking any more tables. I've worked in a restaurant. I understand the dilemma. I wouldn't have had a problem being turned away if there was no business, but the place was full. We were just 2 so I seriously doubt we would have kept anyone later than they would have been. Disappointing. This is more of a fiend's house that has breakfast than a restaurant. read more

I love going to "Mom and Pop" places. Small businesses generally mean better services and better food. As quaint as Buzzy's seems to be, it's charm didn't help them this particular morning. Inside is small. Maybe about 30 people could be seated inside with maybe another dozen outside. Being by myself I sat in a booth at the back to observe. A senior citizen couple sat across from my booth to where we were face to face. I could see frustration on their face and no wonder. 10 min after I ordered I got my food yet they were still waiting. They got up and left. Just prior to them leaving another couple had issues with their order and were comped. So what was I in for? I asked for two pancakes, an egg and some bacon. The bacon was the best. Thick and crispy. The pancakes? Tasted like the batter want fully mixed. The egg? Looked like a plastic toy. Maybe it's just an off day but I wasn't impressed with the food. But everyone deserves a second chance. read more

This is a really nice place to grab breakfast. The people are really nice and the food is super tasty. I had biscuits and gravy with an egg and bacon. Be aware that the gravy is a little on the salty side so taste it before you add any seasoning. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because I don't enjoy paying $2 for a can of soda. Make it $1 or add fountain soda with refills and I would have have five stars. The other people in my party had coffee and they seemed to enjoy it. Came to this restaurant 15 minutes before they closed (by accident, we thought they were opened later) and they gladly set up a table for the 6 of us. Food came out fast and it was delicious! Very nice little restaurant tucked out of the way off of Government street. The service was friendly and the food was good. I wouldn't say it was the best breakfast I ever had, but it was good. This being the south be prepared to wait a while for your food and it might take a while, but it'll be worth the wait....pet friendly as well...so...A++ on that. read more
