The driver merely asked for the last name of the party which the other group states and got into the limo. The driver did not ask for a first name, a confirmation number, or any other information to confirm that he had the right family members. When trying to solve the problem, the gentleman on the phone did not take responsibility for taking the wrong passengers and continued to blame it on the other wedding guests going to the event. It is the responsibility of the transportation company to confirm that they are transporting the right passengers to an event. This company is unreliable and unprofessional.
