It was my boyfriend's birthday so I decided to surprise him with a limousine to take us to our destination. The driver called me to let me know he was outside so it was the perfect surprise because I knew exactly when to tell my boyfriend to go downstairs with me (he was under the impression that I was driving lol). He thought the limo was someone else's until I let him know that it was for him! The driver held the door open for us and was very polite and respectful to us throughout the entire time that we were with him. The inside of the limo was beautiful and the lights were amazing! I'm a huge fan of lights at night. We were dropped off at the front door and before we exited the limo, the driver opened the door for us and even assisted me with getting out of the limo (I was having a little trouble since my heels were pretty long lol). The driver even gave me a courtesy call to let me know what time we should start walking back to the limo because I told them that I did not want to go over time. We had a smooth ride going back home and the driver dropped us off in front of the hotel safe and sound and opened the door for us once again. He was extremely professional and not once looked like he was tired of doing his job. I would definitely use this company again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

The plan was to pick them up after their final walkthrough, take everyone to the title office, wait while we signed the closing documents, and then bring them back to their new home. Legacy handled it beautifully. Our driver, Tim, arrived early, helped me get the music connected through Bluetooth, and then worked with me to stay out of sight around the corner until the surprise moment. Once my clients came outside, he opened the doors and welcomed them aboard like true VIPs. Throughout the trip, Tim was careful, smooth and professional, including on some of our Southern Maryland back roads. He assisted everyone getting in and out of the limo and struck a great balance between being available when we needed him and giving us privacy when we didn't.
