Bar Córdoba represents a distilled look at unfussy tapas at it's most basic but delicious forms. Plancha and fried items plus other small bites that represent pure Spanish cuisine. It's out of the way and if your Español isnt great it maybe hard to communicate at first. However there's no better way to be accepted and experience a culture than to eat the food.

That burrata salad is making my Mouth water it's so bomb! Arugula, burrata & a dressing out of this world.
