We were given an estimate of 900 half way through this one day job mr sego came to me complaining his cell phone had been turned off and he needed me to pay him before the work was finished. he then stated his phone bill was 1,000 dollars and he now needed 1,600 dollars to complete the job. I told him I would pay the agreed price of 900 but only after the job was finished. Mr sego packed his tools up left our house in a mess then smeared caulking all over the brick of my home around the front door he was supposed to trim around.
