My roof had moss growing between the asphalt flaps that pushed them up to allow rain to get in, had plants growing in my gutters due to the gutter covers and the pros and cons of their use. We felt what they quoted was reasonable and they had all the equipment needed. I do plan to use them again every six months just to make sure all is well on top of the house. Originally went to the place we had used several times but this time they wanted a contract signed stating that if we did not pay somehow how they could take our house.
