Jackie made a contract with me for full removal of my tattoos, for $2700, with unlimited sessions. She even modified the contract to say "until gone", that is how confident she WAS. I was skeptical, but she seemed like she was all in on the deal that SHE offered ME. I started out my sessions in June of 2017. I was going every 3 months, about 4 times a year, bringing payments every time. Once I finally paid the full $2700, it became extremely difficult to get an appointment. Finally in February, I was booked for May 14th 2022, 3 months away. On May 13th, I got a call from Jenny, her co worker, and she told me my contract was no longer being honored, and is "long expired". I would have to pay $500 per session going forward. The contract was breached. Jackie did not want to deal with me anymore, and I was left with slightly faded tattoos, after almost 5 years, and thousands of dollars. Love love love this place. Starting from making an appointment, i could tell it was a wonderful place with great service. I went here for my botched microblading brows removal. After reading reviews & visiting a few different tattoo removing places, I wanted to make an appointment with Jackie. But she didn't have any slots available for the next 20 + days (I think) so I called a few days after, telling Jenny that I need an appointment sooner because I am traveling. Jenny squeezed me into her schedule, which is also busy I assume, but not as booked up as Jackie the owner. But I'm glad I went for Jenny!! I'm sure Jackie is super wonderful too, of course- but Jenny was perfect and very sweet, professional, fast, but never rushing, kind, caring and really took her time to listen to my concerns, what I needed done, my goal, my past procedures, then answer every question I had, very precisely. She was very knowledgeable and informative. Her work was so super precise and careful, and she made sure each laser zapping is successful. No compromise!!! Terrible experience. I was paying $250 a session for a finger tattoo that I pay $50 for each session now. The lie about how "the more experience a tech has the more then can charge" is a way to rob clients. Don't fall for it like I did. Also one day I called 7 times to cancel my apt with no returned phone call or answered texts (we always communicated through text) knowing she charges for no shows I called so many times & texted. She still charged me a no show fee !!! After showing proof to bank they refunded me my money.. Beware this lady charges for no shows even when you call & cancel .. happily I got my money back. I cannot thank Jackie enough for the amazing help removing my microblading. I had microblading done 5 years ago (yes, it never faded away completely!!). My microblading was not terrible , but I had really harsh lines in some places , lines that did not allow me to fill my brow as I wished, and one brow was significantly straighter.I always had to get the darkest pencil shade to match the harsh microblading lines. It took my 2 years to build up the courage to get the microblading removed. I was afraid that my hair will fall off, nasty healing process, and that I would look weird without my brows... *This review is for laser hair removal* I have been going to Jackie to remove hair all over for about two years. I spent a lot of money and had been a persistent client. One day Jackie burned my legs with the laser. I noticed this and asked her by the front desk if the redness was normal and she said yes that it was "nothing". Many weeks passed and I still had these dots on my legs. I got very concerned and thought maybe that it was just my skin because of a weird hormonal imbalance. I went to tan and the burnt skin did not tan, that's when I was 100% sure it was from the laser. There were circles the exact size of the laser head all over my legs. I messaged Jackie and at first she denied that it was the laser. I asked her if there was any way I could get rid of these marks and she said no that I would just have to wait and that tanning made it worse. I was under the impression that I could tan after two weeks, it was definitely way over that time when I went to tan. Regardless I wouldn't return for laser hair removal. This situation was not handled correctly, I was very stressed and that's why I wouldn't return or recommend this place to anyone. I started going to south shore laser and my hair is pretty much gone I haven't went back to get laser again.
