Nu när jag måste returnera varan så säger dem att det räcker inte att uppvisa Swish betalning och att man måste ha ett email från Krauta vilket jag aldrig fått. Så sägen den ungen i kundtjänsten att det är inget hon kan göra att hjälpa mig! Gång på gång. Otroligt otrevlig person som har ingen aning att hon är där att hjälpa kunder istället att skälla ut dem. This Clas Ohlson store is HUGE! - it is a brand I've missed since they left the UK recently (some…read morebranches in my country do remain but many including my local branch in Manchester have closed down so far). The store is huge and basically of all the shopping mall (Taby Centrum)'s third floor is devoted to this store and a few independents. The staff seemed friendly - even though there was a language barrier which was probably more common here with Taby being just outside of Stockholm centre (not the most touristy area), and they really did try to help however they can. For a store of its' kind I would have expected a better hardware selection including tools and perhaps strong glues however the product range here was pretty good with most items being reasonably priced but there remained a few exceptions to this observation. A pretty large Clas Ohlson store obviously and it did impress me enough to warrant four-stars.
