I have gone here for years now vape products their prices are rediculous I bought vapes a specific kind charged $14 each yesterday they are $20 was,nt rung up so the person who is there is pocketing the money.I have gone to Zaazas in stamford they are $10 what does that tell you another place in Riverside charges $12.so if I go again I will make sure the owner knows what's going on But I don't think I will go there anymore read more

I bought a vapor pen from this shop for $30, then went back a few months later to buy another. This time there was another guy behind the counter, and he rang me up for $60. I told him I'd paid $30 for the same product the last time, and it was only after I refused to pay $60 that he said he'd "give it" to me for $30. Lo and behold, the same thing happened with an e-vapor starter kit that I liked. I went back to get another one, and this time there was a bald, mustachioed guy who hiked the price by $20. I said: "I paid $20 less for the same thing a few months ago." "Well that was a few months ago," he said matter of factly, as if he was selling antiques that appreciate in value or rare baseball cards instead of plastic vape products. It was absurd. Now the same thing happened again: A few weeks ago I bought four Juul packs for $70. The guy behind the counter told me to come back any time, that they always had all the flavors in stock at lower prices than across the border in New York. I was happy and planned to return many times. Then when I went back, there was another employee who told me that, actually, the 4-pack pods are $22 each, not $17.50. That's even more expensive than they are in New York, which levies a prohibitive tax on vapor products. The whole reason to go to a shop in Byram in the first place is because Connecticut doesn't tax vapor products as much as New York does. I don't know if this place is poorly run or if some of its employees are trying to make a little extra without the knowledge of the owner, but this stuff is inexcusable. Prices should not be up to the whims of whoever is behind the counter on a particular day, and it's bad business to jerk your customers around. read more

I feel so fortunate to have found this place! Not only is the store owned by the nicest guy in the world, but his entire staff is equally helpful and friendly. Always a smile and a pleasant hello from Maurice, his son, and his other employees. The store is well stocked with various brand and off-brand smokes, cigars, and a few CBD products, and prices are great! I'd travel quite a distance to get there, but am fortunate to live close by. Nice store, nice clerk, but the kratom is overpriced out the wazoo. 30 Gram of OPMS brand for 40 dollars. Got it for 19.99 down in Norwalk and many other smoke shops in the Connecticut area. Small 3 ounce of powdered kratom for 50.00 You can get a 10 ounce bag for that price at various smoke shops. If you want return customers, stop price stabbing your kratom customers. read more

Visiting from out of state, me and hubby walked in to grab a cigar for a walk around town. The guy there (I'm assuming owner?) was SUPER friendly, very polite, and very helpful! He didn't have the exact one my husband was looking for but even when giving recommendations, he didn't try to push any pricey cigars on us at all! I would love to give this place no stars but I can't figure out how...ok so tonight was the 3rd time I tried to purchase a cigar for them for my husband and this is 3rd time I have gotten there 15-20 min before close and they have already had the door locked and the lights off...except tonight when I got the lights were still on, but the door was locked...so I knocked on the door to the employee who was closing up shop and he pretended to not hear me, and when I tried to call him from outside the shop, not only did he not answer but he then turned the lights off...NEVER again will I buy anything from them... read more
