COMMUNICATION- I used Yelp to assist me in researching and compare/contrast. Over the multitude of companies I reviewed, HydroWash had great reviews for service and price. Jason from HydroWash responded quickly and was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and also had a few of his own to make sure he got the pricing right. His communication stayed consistent throughout the process with verifying appointment the day prior and always responding in a timely manner. MATERIALS USED - In speaking with Jason, he reassured me of the types of chemicals used and its dilution percentage. While researching power washing companies, I learned various companies can use many different t chemicals to include bleach to treat a house. The solution used by HydroWash is safe and doesn't effect paint or siding of homes. FLEXIBILITY: When setting up an appointment with HydroWash, Jason was upfront with his schedule and was able to fit me in immediately. I had figured I would agree to an appointment within 30 days. He works quickly and gets it done within a reasonable time, also taking the time to inspect to let you know of your options, approximate costs, and which service is better for your buck.
