From beginning to end, Steven was on top of it, from the first response to my quote! He gave me a good price, brought my Stretch Limousine there to have my airbags and pump installed. They took it in, immediately started working on it. Hung out in the lobby, which was actually pretty cool, lots of cool stuff for sale, shirts, etc! The limo was ready within an hour or so, paid and out the door. I will be bringing my other vehicles there from now on for repairs as well as tires! At the risk of sounding like a "dumb female ", admittedly, I know little about cars. What I DO know, is that when I've called other tire places, like Discount Tires, etc., and told them the year, make, model, trim package of my 2018 Camry - they were able to look it up to see what size tire is on the vehicle. Not BZ. Whoever the guy was that answered the phone today acted like it was impossible. If it wasn't for direct need, I would go to Discount Tire in NB, as I usually do. But. The tire is ruined, so I will go local. Just NOT BZ. Never will be BZ. These positive reviews... those people just got lucky, apparently. *As to the business's response, Steven, thank you for taking the time to respond. IF your employee had taken the time to let me tell him that my 2018 Camry is the XSE ...he would have found that it only comes with ONE size, the 19 inch. I asked him if he would be able to tell by knowing the trim package, and he said NO. Guess who said, "Maybe, let's see. "... LIPPE Tires. I left them a review, as well. Try it yourself. Felt scammed and won't be returning. My wife's SUV needed new tires so I ordered a set of Michelins off Amazon then called around for quotes to "mount, balance, install new TPMS sensors, and dispose of the old tires", @ $160, BZ's had the best quote. When I got there, I immediately got the impression that they wanted to up-charge me for everything. The tech asked if I already had a quote, when I said yes, he asked if it included the TPMS and disposal fees. I assured him I had asked about everything included beforehand, and the girl that I spoke with on the phone had asked me about the tire size and vehicle. Next they tried to discourage me from replacing the TPMS sensors, saying they weren't sure if they would be able to program them to the vehicle. I showed them the Amazon order indicating that the sensors were specifically for Lexus. Through the rest of the process they asked me several more times if I was taking the old tires or if they were disposing of them - I assured them that disposal was included in the quote I got. Then at the end of it all, they still charged me $20 above the quoted price because "the vehicle required stick-on weights instead of hammer-on weights." Are weights not included in the price of balancing now? Overall the service took about 45 minutes for 4 tires. The work seems to have been done right - tires appear to be mounted/balanced correctly, and the pressure sensors appear to be programmed to the car, but I definitely feel like if I hadn't called in advance for a quote, or if I was less knowledgeable the price would've been even higher. read more

Needed some tires and brake job. They were able to take care of all of it, although the ordered tires didn't come in on time, however after I dropped the car off it didn't take long for them to complete the install. Everything was completed the way they described to me and at the cost I was told before they did any work. Will be back when I need tires or any of their other services. read more

Crooks. Everytime i go in with a tire there is a issue and they have to sell me a new tire. Had a flat. Took it in and tire repairman said it was in the sidewall. It was clearly in the tread and turned sideways after going in. He said it went in at an angle and was in the sidewall. Total BS. wanted to sell me a tire. Told him put on spare and i would go elsewhere. Will never go back! read more

They put bad tires on my car (they won't hold air). And told me I needed $1100 worth of work. I went to an automotive shop and there's nothing wrong with my car. I even gave them the quote from BZs so they could specifically look at that part, and there's nothing wrong with it. *also, don't leave personal info in your car, the tech(s) like you look you up on FB and message you. A++++!!! We waited for an hour and a half for Walmart to mount 2 tires. We finally gave up, loaded the tires back up, and drove down the road to BZ's. Less than 10 minutes later and BZ's already had the tires ready to go. Friendly and professional. And cheaper than Walmart! We'd definitely recommend and we will be back for sure.
