Inside, it has a bit of a hippie feeling and not too much space, but outside it offers everything I like. Although Prenzlauer Berg is a bubbling and very much 'alive' neighborhood, the terrace of Hüftengold is a quite place. It gives a bit of a garden-feeling, with colorful garlands, chairs and pillows. Another plus: their wifi works outside, too ;) But what I liked most about this place was their friendly staff and the exciting menu. They have whatever you expect when it comes to coffee and lunch / food, but more. I was very happy with my watermelon juice (!) and pastel de nata - that tastes as good as the ones I had in Lisboa - to just give an example.

our data wasn't working and we needed to buy last minute train tickets so we went to sit outside of…read morethe cafe for some wifi. we even bought espressos for the trouble but the owner was extremely rude and turned off the wifi saying we were taking up space and sitting over us refusing to leave until we bought more from her. said we were taking away opportunities from others and all we ordered was a pathetic espresso. very shitty espresso also. go here only if you want to be pressed into buying more and more stuff. not a friendly and welcoming environment.
