The pork meat is so flavorful and the skin is cooked to a crisp, mouthwatering crunch. The pork knuckle is pretty big and probably can be shared between two people, but I'm a fata*s and can gobble that whole thing up by myself. The dish comes with sauerkraut and two potato dumplings.
