This review is limited to the "chimney" cone pastries…read more Oh boy, these pastries are DELICIOUS!!! They use a unique roaster-like contraption to make these fire roasted pastries. The pastry comes out smoking, piping out. There's literally steam coming out of it. This left quite an impression as it is certainly dramatic. I must admit that I love these experiences as I just don't see U.S. eateries handing me such a temperature hot pastry due to all these needless safety reasons. As for the pastry itself, it is a twirl so you can tear off chunks that are partial curls. It has a nice crunch on the outside while the inside is perfectly chewy. You choose different topics. I picked a vanilla sugar and it was very tasty. Definitely try this chimney pastry if you ever see it anywhere!

We got a cinnamon sugar chimney cake that paired white well with the coffee/brandy/cream. This place has mostly locals and a menu with other choices of coffee with alcohol is not your thing. I would like to try a chocolate chimney cake next time.
