I went to the Smarteyes in Sodermalm, Stockholm twice. The eye exam optician was ok but the…read moresalespeople were awful - grumpy, unhelpful, arrogant. I almost had to force them to help me. They didn't listen to me the first time so the glasses I got weren't the right prescription. When I took it back to change the lens they said I had to book another eye exam and pay for it again - besides, they told me I needed to sit as far away from my computer as they thought I should and not where I wanted to sit. I was polite and friendly but all I got from the young ladies was barely concealed disdain. No way would I ever go here again.
