Hagaparken is my mentally escape from reality. I stroll or run in this park 3-4 times a week. Large…read moreverdant areas mixed with beautiful woodland characterize this English-inspired Park. Besides, in the park there are a number of different pavilions and temples such as the Turkish and Chinese Pavilion, as well as the Copper Tents and the Echo Temple. This is a perfect location for workout, picnic or just to visit one of the cafes for an ice cream during a hot summer day.

You will get attacked or eaten or something along that line. However, DO go to Gröna Stugan and enjoy a coffee, or ice cream when the weather is nice. It's always nice to stroll around this lake, do not miss the miniture golf place, or if you have children there is a play ground close to the lake. It's close to Hallonbergen subway, or you can take a bus from Sundbyberg or Hallonbergen that will literally drop you off right by the lake. A nice place to go.

The only thing that's a shame is that the city traffic is constant background noise. When do we ban cars?
