Eigentlich sind Ämter und Behörden für mich ein Graus, das liegt wohl daran, das ich bisher schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe (Mangelnde Freundlichkeit, Inkompetenz usw). Was allerdings das Bürgeramt bei uns hier angeht, kann ich mich meinen Vorrednern nur anschließen. Da sitzen Menschen, die wissen, was sie tun und das tun sie ziemlich zügig und der sehr freundliche Umgang mit den Bürgern. Erlebe ich leider eher selten :( read more
