I really enjoyed the Asian station with the veggie sauté of cabbage, onions, peppers, carrots with paprika, sweet chili sauce, served with miso broth and your choice of fixings. But I discovered something I had to have... the Kimchi Sesame. A little spicy but wow!
The other item I found interesting, intriguing and oh so good was the Turkish coffee. So pretty and elegantly served at my table by my server Cosimo.
The next day I saw they had Shakshuka on the menu so I ordered it. But it was nothing like what I knew the dish to be. They brought me Turkish Style which was really good but when I questioned they brought me Arabic style. Again not what I expected. I would order the Turkish style again for what it is, not like what I expected.
The open kitchen made for a above notch ambience. Overall one of the best breakfast buffets offered by a hotel. The chefs behind the glass were so friendly and informative.
