However, the wonderful lady that assisted us helped us with this. She seated us at a lovely table and gave us complementary wine. The food was very fresh and tasty, better than anything else we have had on our visit to Germany. The restaurant has a lovely Parisian feel to it, with its awning covered patio seating and cute little table lamps. We had a great time, me and my boo. I definitely recommend this place. We had a salad with chicken followed by the fish of the day. For our last night in Frankfurt, it was perfect. Only thing is they do not accept credit cards. Cash or PayPal only!

The menu itself looks really appealing and has options for most preferences. The vegetarian option is slim but not bad. I ordered the oysters and the seafood special of the day. The oysters were amazing and I loved them. The seafood special was overcooked and lacked flavour. The wedding buffet on the second night was great and the food was really good. The chocolate mousse at the wedding was to die for. Service is very good and despite being full the kitchen staff were stepping out to help which is great. So I would rate the a la carte meal a 3 stars and the wedding meal a 5 stars. Hence I have 4 stars overall. Generally for me no matter what the ambience it's still a restaurant and the main act is the food. No amount of good ambience can make up for an ordinary meal. I would definitely come back here again as it's a decent place with a long German wine list which is unusual in most restaurants.

I really enjoyed the Asian station with the veggie sauté of cabbage, onions, peppers, carrots with paprika, sweet chili sauce, served with miso broth and your choice of fixings. But I discovered something I had to have... the Kimchi Sesame. A little spicy but wow! The other item I found interesting, intriguing and oh so good was the Turkish coffee. So pretty and elegantly served at my table by my server Cosimo. The next day I saw they had Shakshuka on the menu so I ordered it. But it was nothing like what I knew the dish to be. They brought me Turkish Style which was really good but when I questioned they brought me Arabic style. Again not what I expected. I would order the Turkish style again for what it is, not like what I expected. The open kitchen made for a above notch ambience. Overall one of the best breakfast buffets offered by a hotel. The chefs behind the glass were so friendly and informative.
