I want to explain that the only time Strat showed up at my place was to collect this deposit. Strat stated that I would be the first on his job list in the spring of 2019 however as he claimed with the rain he could not get out to do the concrete on my patio. On June 9 when I phoned him he stated he would be out to do the work the following Monday or Friday June 10 or 14, he never showed. June 14 I called, again he stated he would be out June 18 or 19 and again no show. June 18 when I challenged him on all of his broken promises he offered to return the deposit however like a fool I declined hoping he would do the job. On June 27 I asked for the deposit back he replied " technically he does not have to return the deposit" At this point I realized that he had no intention of ever doing the work he had my deposit. July 3 his workers showed up. Now this job has two parts one backyard patio and one front patio. Interlocking bricks had to be removed on each patio the workers did the rear and not the front. I questioned Strat on this he said he knew about this and no further explanation. He said workers would be out the following day and again no show. At this point I got the impression he is a Pathological Liar. I just texted him today July 11 terminating the agreement, he replied "OK" I now know he had no intention of ever doing the work promised. His workers left my backyard patio in a mess and in fact stacked the bricks on one of the lawn sprinklers so it is most likely broken These are the facts you decided if this is the type of individual you would like to do business with. #enzoconcrete #bbb #londonon

He and his team member did a great job, especially repairing the walkway. While they were working, he noticed that I was ripping out carpet from my basement due to a flood and he offered to quote me on remediation. The quote he gave me outlined every step and was far more reasonable than the $25 to $30 thousand that I received from other companies. And then he pointed out that the gutters on my house don't need to be replaced, with new brackets, sealing and cleaning they would be good as new! He completed that for me yesterday. The basement project will be next month. Elmer not only did the jobs I hired him for, he also cleaned up EVERYTHING! The bags of discarded carpeting that I had put out, and, after I had landscapers in to clear all the nuisance trees and weeds from my yard, he cleared up all the debris left behind! A lot of people see a woman with white hair and a cane and get dollar signs in their eyes. Elmer does not! And he goes the extra mile for his clients. I can't recommend him enough!
