The location is directly located next to the entrance/exit, of which they have security cameras directly observing. The trailer was parked between approx. 637pm-7:10pm; on Saturday, Aug 19, 2023. Noticed it missing at approx. 930p on Monday, Aug 21, 2023. Upon my arrival at EXACTLY 8:30am on Tuesday, Aug 22nd, I informed management of the missing trailer, of which there was ABSOLUTELY no empathy, or sense of urgency to assist with the location of the trailer. At which time I called law enforcement to assist. Upon their arrival, I discussed my concerns with the rather "secrecy" and avoidance in assisting, as the manager turned off the monitor, so I was unable to view. When the police officer conducted his initial questions regarding the when/where/why/hows - he was met with the same nonchalant approach as I. He inquired of the usage of the entry codes; of which the manager did not provide any documentation, yet told the officer he didn't see any abnormal entries - but then commence to share the scenario of it being a rather busy weekend and kids moving in/out and it's hard to manage. When the police officer inquired about his video recording system, he was told that he would not assist in any capacity without a warrant. ABSOLUTELY NO COOPERATION!!! I'm not sure if the lack of support indicated this was a theft conducted by the management staff or maybe he's aware of this type of pattern. I have notified my insurance company, have been in contact with the investigating detective and most importantly disappointed in the lack of support, empathy or assistance from your staff. This was not at all what I expected when enlisting the service of your facility!

Couldn't do anything about that, which was pretty annoying to catch a foot on every day. The outside mini fridge was broken and it took multiple emails over a couple of days for them to finally replace it. The 31' RV was a good size for our family of five with an occasional visitor. They already charge a prep fee, which their website reflects includes "interior cleaning" - so in addition to withholding money from my security deposit intentionally and lying about it, he double dipped on the cleaning costs. Extremely dishonest. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

The previous renter had back threaded them and cinched them down tight. After 40 mins, I got one worked loose. But I had to drive back ((20 mins) to dealership to get help with the second one. The mechanic there jumped right on it. But it took him 30 min to get it fixed. And he worked hard! It made for a frustrating AFTERNOON. Other than cashier being behind glass, I observed ZERO Covid precautions from other staff or customers. No axe to grind. They all seemed like nice folks. Just relating my experience.

The dumpster was delivered right on time, and the driver was very nice. He carefully placed the dumpster in our driveway, putting down blocks to protect the concrete. He explained how to open, close, and lock the dumpster door. We filled up the dumpster within two days, so I had to call Maggie back to request another. The pick up and delivery was fast, so we had no delay in our cleaning out. We ended up using 5 dumpsters, and each pick up and delivery was fast. Each time I called Maggie, my calls were handled professionally and caring. I highly recommend this dumpster service.

After getting a recommendation from the local parts store and reading reviews on line I decided to get an estimate from Derrell's for the repair. I'm not sure who I talked to, but he seemed like the owner -maybe Mike? I mean that as a compliment because he was down to earth, just like one of the employees, not an authoritative owner type. He walked out with me to my car and looked at the dent in my hood then went inside and got one of his technicians (coworkers) who buffed the dent to asses the condition of the paint. Fortunately the paint was still good underneath the scuff and we decided it could be fixed by popping the dent out. He called his dent specialist and found out that he was in the Myrtle Beach area (where I live) on Mondays. This he thought would be easier and save a trip to Conway for me. Meanwhile the technician also buffed out some scuffs on my rear bumper. With the business card of his dent repair specialist in hand I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. I contacted Chris about helping me clean out my storage rental, a 10X20 unit. He responded in a very timely fashion and we quickly arranged a date that would fit both of our schedules, which was within days. No long wait for his services, which was a plus! Chris arrived on time and worked tirelessly for three hours, helping me sort through and discard all the items. He was very courteous, respectful, organized and professional with everything and had a wonderfully upbeat attitude the entire time. Throughout the job and when he was done, he periodically swept and cleaned behind. He had a large truck and was pulling a trailer, so he was able to accommodate this large job. Chris and team did an incredible job insuring I received my appliances and installed parts to help me out. Above and beyond service and professionalism. Full crew, on time, even when I wasn't and didn't make it to the address in time. I have never had a delivery team wait for me to arrive at any of my investment properties, not to mention work with me to install parts they didn't have to. I can't count how many times delivery teams from Lowe's, Home Depot and the like attempt quickly and are gone to the next delivery without even contacting.
