Was in Reno for business and didn't really have anything to do other than go shopping. This massage place is open pretty late. I called to see if they had any availabilities on a Monday night for the following night for two people and thank goodness they were able to fit us in at 8pm. I did call them on Tuesday afternoon to ask if they had an earlier appt and they said we could come in at 730. Perfect. We got there and it was in a newer shopping center which was nice. They had ample parking and the person there to greet us was very friendly and happy to see us. They had our rooms ready to roll, and everything looked and smelled clean. Every Asian massage place is like Russian roulette... you never know what will happen. Bliss takes place here. It was relaxing but then you get spanked, yanked, and stretched out of the blue. I loved it, but it's not for everyone. It was def what I needed after a long day of travel and working. The small Asian woman I had said her name was coco. I'd def get her again but I'm sure every staff there does a good job. Both my coworker and I came out feeling loose as a goose and in that half drunk state. The staff member who checked us out was very appreciative of our patronage and was so polite. Def not what I'm used to at Asian massage places in vegas. Reno is not one of my fave destinations to frequent but if I were to come back, I'd def come back to this place. read more

Would not recommend. First of all, kinda creepy very non traditional massage rooms. Made me wonder if they were really legit or not (especially considering all the closures in town. I am empathetic with language barrier but it was pretty nonexistent to communicate successfully about my desire for firm pressure and just upper body/ neck for a pinched never in my neck. But since no one spoke fluent English or even read the online massage pre-work I guess that explains why none of my survey questions/massage needs were looked at even though I did it the day before. Called today for a short notice massage, 1 hour hot stone and full body, oil. I was told I could come in the night, for a female massage therapist. I opted for female, just preference. It went well, I feel super relaxed! I've had another full body massage and another from a chain that was partial body and this was probably the overall best massage experience I've ever had. I was given the Group On rate and the only unexpected predicament was that the prepaid for Groupon was not accepted. I'm from California, we use everything with apps. Gigi was helpful behind the counter and I solved this by cancelling the Group On so I wouldn't pay twice. I called for the appointment and thought that was enough for the Group On but the appointment must be booked on Group On proper. Also, the woman who gave me a massage, I am not 100 percent sure I got her name. But, the techniques she used were helpful, especially those for stretching and mobility. Unable to get into our usual spas over the weekend, we took to groupon and friends suggestions for a good massage. We found this newer massage salon through a couple's groupon deal with hot stones and aroma therapy. I'm so glad we came here. We bought the groupon deal and checked in for our afternoon massage and a few minutes later we were in our spacious room. The tables were bigger and more comfortable than your typical massage table. My masseuse was amazing. He got into every nook and cranny of my body that needed work. Between my hectic work schedule, workouts and juggling my kids, this massage was amazing. I've always frequented our local spas, but this massage was the best I've had yet. For the price, quality and cleanliness; we can't wait to come back for some more relaxation. My daughter bought me a 1hr foot massage for Christmas 2023 at the same time, she made an appointment for December 30, 2023 at 12:00. She paid $55.00 for this (I have the booking confirmation). When I arrived, they said they couldn't find my appointment and it was probably for 1pm. I left, confused, and returned at 1pm. They set me up in a room for a body massage, not a foot massage. I've come to this spa for years and the quality of service has declined. The last few times I've been less than please and I am at the point where I will no longer return for the subpar service. I used to really enjoy the foot massage but it changed. The foot massage used to incorporate massage for the entire body with focus on the feet, they now only rub your feet. The first massage I received here was wonderful. One of the best I've gotten in Reno. I've seen them take people last minute and have, in my opinion, reasonable pricing. So i was initially impressed though the last two massages were mediocre at best and the reflexology was pathetic. She had no idea what she was doing and was the only person there. She was also working the desk, left the room several times to assist someone outside and barely spoke any english. I almost left the room to help them communicate because he had a thick southern accent which was making it even more complicated. They were also very pushy about tips afterwards. This place opened up next to my workplace and so I was excited to check it out. I'll admit the first time I walked in during my lunch break to make an appt, it was a strange experience- the lady didn't speak much English and wrote down my appt on a sticky note and didn't ask for my name so it didn't feel legit. I was a bit iffy so cancelled the appt later on. But then, I decided to give them another chance- so I came here with my husband for a 60 minute massage including hot stone and overall were very pleased with our masseuses April and Katie. We go to Asian massages in Vegas regularly but haven't here in town - this was comparable so it was nice to be able to have one here, we are looking forward to continue going to. The place is clean and I love that they have warm blankets, although when they were using the hot stones-it did get a little too hot and I started feeling sweaty as the heater is on in the room too. Facility was very clean, greeted with a smile as we entered. Our massage therapists Wendy and Rianna were amazing. They really addressed our stress points with some deep pressure techniques. They both communicated with us asking if the pressure was good or if too much, they would adjust. They also showed us some easy stretches that would help with our problem areas. The facility was clean and the cost of the massage was reasonable. The location of this place was in a nice quiet plaza a block away from In N Out. The good service, cleanliness and reasonable prices are the main reasons that keep customers to stay loyal. The clothed (I don't like undressing for massages) massage room has 4 very large cushy lounge chairs that recline. Katie did my 1 hour massage and she was absolutely marvelous. My low back was very sore so she put heat wraps on and massaged out my back, arms, neck, and feet I'm definitely a customer for life. To be honest my first experience here wasn't that great. Won't bore anyone with details. After about a year I decided to give it another try and must confess I am absolutely delighted with the service and quality of the massage. The therapist who worked on me is Mia and I'd recommend her to anyone in a heart beat. When she's done you wish she wasn't. :) They have other services for being a spa and I haven't tried them yet but will and will share my thoughts on that. I can't speak for the other therapists but I can tell you that Mia is top notch and knows what she is doing. Will definitely keep coming back. Gave horrible soft massage focusing on my eyebrows. Seriously ? I work out 6 days a week so I asked for 1 hour deep tissue and Alice focuses on giving facials for almost 30 minutes? She kept trying to sell me "cupping" additional service throughout the whole time I was trying to relax. I got upset after she asked me the 5th time and told her "can you Just please give me what I asked for." Last part of massage was weak basically rubbing oil softly on my calves. (Btw they don't read their online notes or comments even though it is asked what areas to focus on when you book online). they seem pretty clean I will give them that for 1 star. I bought a massage for my girlfriend as a surprise and her experience was horrible and unprofessional. First off the first woman that assisted was very rude. When asking my girlfriend do you want a medium or hard massage she rudely just loudly said medium or hard. My girlfriend replied with can we start off medium and then go harder progressively the lady just once again rudely ask MEDIUM OR HARD! It's almost like she didn't enjoy her job. Also we think either she didn't like the way my girlfriend looked or it seemed she didn't like my girlfriend ethnicity if you get what I'm saying. Then she started to which my girlfriend who is a certified licensed massage therapist herself said the lady didn't even know what she was doing and was giving it little to no effort by doing these weird punching motions on her hands lol. Then they tried to switch her for a man. Which I specifically asked for a female because that's what I knew my girlfriend would be comfortable to which my girlfriend had to say please no men masseuse. Then the lady from the front desk came in and finished my girlfriend's massage and she did a good job. When everything was done and finished the lady rudely and loudly says HEY YOU HAVE TO PAY! Rude and loud. My girlfriend says hold on I will show you I already paid. To which the lady got on the phone said something things in her language and then said OK YOU CAN GO. No one was friendly no one was kind or hospitable. Then as she is getting in her car the guy masseuse just keeps staring at her the whole time in the parked car next to her in not a nice way until she drove off. So not the service or experience I wanted her to have. She is so kind so respectful and friendly and she works hard and she always takes care of everyone else that I wanted her to be taken care of. She deserved a great experience and I really wanted her to enjoy herself. I read some good reviews about this place but this wasn't the experience we had. A waste of money. Will never use their service again. At least she said the facility looked clean. Also almost no one spoke enough English to even understand what my girlfriend was saying. It honestly wouldn't matter if I could understand and speak their language but I don't and so trying to do business with someone who can't communicate well isn't the best. After scheduling a 90 minute massage and showing up early, I was informed that another customer arrived late and therefore I needed to wait 30 minutes and instead of the 90 minute massage I scheduled, they could only provide 60 minutes.
