Slum Lords, our garage was damaged in the back, and mary joe and Mike would not fix the garages. We had our motorcycle stolen from us, then our garage broken into again and catylitic converter cut off our vehicle. They did nothing, they gave us video of the thieves to give to police. The heat button on the wall stopped working, so they had us adjust our heat from the base board, the board had to be off to do so. Mike that it like that for over 2 years. They rent to whomever, so property gets stolen, they even charged us for other tenants putting a hole in the wall, over a stabbing incident. That's how crazy this building has gotten. These people, well if you are a felon and can't find somewhere else to live, this is your place. They do not care about there property. read more

These are very reasonable priced apartments. Please don't listen to the other reviews, they are biased because they are the people that don't follow rules. For $500-$700 a month what do people expect? do they expect the Ritz Carlson? No, they are just fine apartments if you don't want to pay a lot of money. Also, the business is family owned which means there are only 2 working employees that have to fix and repair all 4 apartments building so sometimes things take a while to get fixed. Also, when you sign the lease you're agreeing to follow everything in the lease so don't get mad when you break the rules then get fined for it later, READ YOUR LEASE PEOPLE! WORST please to rent from. We are traveling nurses. Needed a 3 month rented apartment to make our temp home with dogs. Dogs urinated on front lawn vs. back lawn and the owners charged us 150 dollars per dog because they had to pee on our way on a walk. RIDICULOUS! they drive convertible mercedes and have the crappiest lawn i've ever seen definitely not 150 dollars worth! I've never felt so ghetto in my life. The building reminds me of the projects! Inside carpet has stains all over it; cockroaches have been spotted. Appliances are rusted and disgusting. Hair is painted into the bathroom walls. Just the grossest apartment building. The owner is rude and immediately on the defense because she knows she is in the wrong. CAN"T STAND A SLUMLORD! your parents would be ashamed! read more

I'd give negative stars if I could! Just don't rent from them. Mary Jo and Mike are not nice people. In my opinion, their business is shady at best. They failed to disclose the fact that our apartment had black mold before we moved in, which should have been my first clue that our year here (which isn't even half over I should add) was going to be hell. We are wanting to move somewhere closer to work, but they won't allow us to have someone else take over our lease, which just seems cruel to me as someone else would be paying rent after getting a background check. It's a living nightmare. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from these people. read more

A living nightmare. Maryjo and Mike are not nice people. I accidentally turned too sharp and hit a small part of the garage. The neighbors told this big story and said I hit the garage repeatedly. At first, they gave me a 3 day eviction notice, and after speaking about my side of the story about the accident, they revoked it. However, right after I fixed the garage they served me a 30 day eviction notice. My oven went out the first month of living here (it's probably from the 80's) and it took them a week to fix it! They don't like kids here either, not family friendly. My son went outside without shoes on and they had the nerve to tell me how to parent. Another tenant was repeatedly parking in my assigned spot, I sent them photos and called them about it. They refused to do anything about it. I have seen cock roaches as well. There is a high level of drug activity here. It constantly reeks of cat pee. I definitely wouldn't recommend living in this place!! read more
