POOR SERVICE
the day of the home visit I was called as they wanted to come and measure up 3 hours earlier than what I had agreed. Unfortunately I didn't receive the call as I had no reception as I was in work, not that I could do the visit 3 hrs early as I was in work hence the time I'd arranged. After waiting 25 minutes past the scheduled time I phoned the local Street store and was told the guy had phoned me about coming out early and he couldn't see me that afternoon as he was now in Weston. I received a visit the following day and was told I would receive a quote for lounge and dining room the following week. 4 WEEKS LATER AND NO QUOTE or any communication from tbis company. read more
