Not a great experience. When they saw the car they anticipated 2-weeks depending on parts; 3 1/2…read moremonths later picked up the car. The more frustrating thing is that they're always gonna call to advise, but they never, ever do. One of the times we called while we never received a call back they sent us a pic of our car w/o any explanation WTH? Finally they call say it's done, we go, now no one knows we got a call to come get it so they look all over for the folder...finally after abt 15 mins they find; but no one's checked the car...AND the emblems are missing...after the almost 4 mo they have to order, now why wouldn't that have been done somewhere in the almost 4 months?? AND after leaving we found out Jack and parts are missing, they advised they took them out to do the repair but can't find...yet another thing they have to order could be a week, they'll call us . Aft almost 2-wks they never called, we did, magically just arrived. They don't seem organized and while we understand busy etc there's no excuse of why every single commitment of anything is never made. The work looks good BUT on their lack of pretty much everything related to customer service, made this an awful experience. I mean after a month/almost 4-mo when they said 2 -wks never returning a call is NOT good. We never ever called daily, so it's not like we were a PIA. Based on their forgetting the emblems altho the removed ones were bagged and in the trunk and the jack stuff that was missing there's obviously no quality control and their lack of communications not only to us but internally should not happen. What if we had a flat and didn't know all needed to fix wouldn't be there, it was when we dropped off the car! They did take the car to the dealership on sensors. Overall based on everything a miserable experience, if anyone asked I'd say look elsewhere for repairs.

I was less than one mile away and had to call a tow truck and they arrived in approximately 30 minutes. They filled my tire with air just to be able to turn it around and get it lined up to hook up to flatbed tow truck. It was a bit difficult because the Prius is so low especially with a flat front tire. After a lot of maneuvering he got it on and took me & the car to Toyota. Unloading it wasn't easy either as there was a certain area where it needed to be unloaded and of course the front dragged on the tilted flatbed. I thought a lot about how I was going to review this service. Over Easter weekend, I had…read moreaccidentally spilled a whole thermos of Crystal light on my black car seat, which dried a mottled white. Based on Yelp reviews, I reached out to Eddie at Wash Boss Mobile. I was quoted a price of $95 for what I needed, and was able to make an appointment for him to come to me the next day. When Eddie was 15 minutes late, I texted him and he told me he was finishing up the first appointment of the day. I waited another half hour and texted again. I had told him that if he couldn't be to me by 11:00 (a full hour after my appointment) to go ahead and cancel the appointment. He decided to cancel, and then contacted me at 11:00 and said he was 18 minutes away and did I want him to come. He got started on my vehicle an hour and a half after my appointment time. He said he didn't know what services I had requested to be done, even though I had put it in through his website and he quoted a price. I showed him my seat he said he could fix it. He shampooed the entire interior, and washed, and ( I think) waxed my car. There was still bird poop stains on the car, which annoyed me but not that big of a deal since the interior was what I was worried about. He then changed the price to $130. When the interior dried, spots were still mottled looking. I sent him a text with the picture attached and asked when he could come back. He was able to come back the next day. He came back the next day without issue and re shampooed that seat. My seats look great now. Eddie is a nice guy, and a hard worker. But based upon him being so late to the first appointment, not doing a good enough job the first time where he had to come back, and the fact that the quoted price changed, I rated him three stars. I'm not sure if I would use him again.

Nothing like what you get at these roll and go places you have to keep going back to. I didn't have to tell him anything to clean! He gave me advice on what to do to keep parts of my outside from getting nasty again! Which is crazy since you would think others would just want you to come back sooner. Already went back by second time for a mini clean which I will keep getting so I sparkle . Love his work!
