The company downloads thousands on thousands of phone numbers from an online database and sends unsolicited calls to anybody they can early as 8 AM (even calling businesses and renters on holidays) in order to rope in clients by offering a special free estimate (which is standard practice). If you do choose to accept the free estimate, they will try to overcharge and upsell you on any sort of home remodeling projects you're considering due to the small size of the company. From a worker's point of view, the company will hide information on the jobs you confirm and will threaten your job security once a week if you do not get 2 potential jobs per day. This unfortunately leads to the harassment of many Houston citizens through desperate callbacks for months on end and even giving misleading information about the company's status with the Better Business Bureau. There are cockroaches and bugs living throughout their showroom and the owner, contractors, and most of upper management do not speak English as well. All in all, this company is very unorganized yet uncomfortably persistent when it comes to finding clients and will often overcharge clients who are in desperate need remodeling and do not have time or resources to find a second opinion. If you do come in contact with them or happen to receive an unsolicited call, I strongly suggest finding another contractor to save you from a headache/wasting your time. I would even make sure to block the number because they will not stop calling if you don't.

From the beginning, Cindy was communicative and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Our scope of work involved moving walls, and a complete gut of our kitchen, living areas and dining room. I have to admit that when Cindy estimated a 3 month turnaround (including inspections) we had our doubts. She proved us wrong - our project was complete and ready for us to move in two weeks early! We were very impressed with all of the subcontractors and the work done. Our home was treated with care the entire time. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean our house was kept, even during demo! During each phase, Cindy and Jose guided these first time renovators through each decision, and came up with creative solutions when the unexpected came up. We also placed brand new flooring (hardwood and tile) and smooth walls into the entire first floor of our house. This process included plumbing/electrical changes and several city inspections. The project (at first) seemed very overwhelming to my husband and myself (as this was the first time we have ever done any renovations), but Rob and Michelle worked with us throughout every step of the process and kept really good tabs of things along the way. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and organized. We didn't have a designer, but Rob and Michelle picked up on our style and helped us with design options as well (including lighting, counter tops, colors). Throughout the process (as with all projects) there were inevitably some things that didn't go exactly as we planned. The pandemic threw a wrench in some of the city inspection scheduling and shipping of products (which was not their fault and completely out of their hands). When hiccups would arise, Rob and Michelle worked with us on options and met us more than halfway on multiple occasions when we had to compromise on a solution. Additionally, we lived in our home throughout the majority of the renovations. We were a little nervous about living in the house during a renovation (especially because my husband was working from home and I have a lot of night shifts), but Rob's team was extremely respectful of our time, privacy, and personal space. And at the end of each day, his team cleaned up thoroughly, which we really appreciated. Rob's team worked long and hard hours, and even worked on multiple weekend days. I also found Rob (on multiple occasions) mentoring / investing his time in teaching some of the young men on his team. As an educator, that was really nice to see. His crew worked all hours of the day until the evening for 3 weeks. We replaced our subfloors and had original hardwood floors which they salvaged 60% of the original floors. We decided to go with a lighter stain rather than the dark that we had, and it makes our small home look so much bigger. We also replaced some joists, pier and beams from our crawl space and they cleaned out our crawl space and put plastic down to encapsulate it with new vents that open and close with high or low humidity levels. They cleaned up all the leftover mess of wood and bricks which was much appreciated. It was a big job and everyone worked super hard even on the weekends. The price we got quoted from 4 other companies were ridiculous, and Shaun had the best rates for what they did. I recommend Stable Foundation and Construction to anyone wanting work done on your home. They did an excellent job on our home and we enjoying our new pretty floors.
