I have now seemingly been blocked as I tried to follow up on this issue twice and now get the message "This number does not receive replies. Please contact the business directly." I do not enjoy being a disgruntled customer, but genuinely do not want other people to waste their hard earned money like we did. We moved into our home at the end of February and hired Phil in April for "full service" lawn care for $225 a month. This is supposed to include (spoiler, it doesn't) weekly mowing for this time of year, weed trimming, edge maintenance, blowing of clippings, pet clean up, shrub maintenance, annual fertilization, and management of weeds in garden beds. It started off great, they showed up when they texted, and were happy to accommodate a timing change. They consistently came at 3 pm, but it woke my son from his nap so I asked that they either come before 2 or after 4. Phil's response to this request was "My pleasure! Thank you! I've had 6 boys so I fully understand! Also, he was adorable watching me mow a couple of weeks ago". Absolutely zero issue with my request. Flash forward a few weeks and any time they did not show up after sending an appointment text and I would follow up, they would blame it on the "time constraint" and claim they were coming the next day. Starting in July, they would send appointment texts and then just never show up - zero acknowledgement, nothing. Since July, there have been 10 weeks, 2 of which our lawn was mowed. TWO. We'd finally had enough (as we were trying to give him the benefit of the doubt, it's Florida and rain happens) and started to question it the second week of August because our lawn looked like absolute garbage. We requested that he ensured the lawn was looking good for our son's birthday party on the 23rd. We had our driveway widened the week before and he had an issue getting the mower into the back yard, which we completely understand, yet he made absolutely zero effort to do anything back there. Weed wack, pulling weeds, absolutely nothing to our back yard where we would be partially having our son's party. When questioned as to why we were billed for only $25 dollars off ($200 for the month of July for one singular mowing job - literally nothing else, no weed wack, weed pulling, clippings blowing - just sitting on a riding mower for 20 minutes) he said "well I still mowed your front yard". We have quite literally less than 30 square feet of a front yard because of the way our lot sits - it is entirely driveway. Attaching a screenshot because it's literally laughable to call that mowing our lawn. I tried to reach out to which I received zero response until I left a very unhappy message with the horrible automated assistant. When I got a call back, Phil made every excuse in the book - blamed it on the time constraints, the yard being wet (you do lawn care in Florida, get over it), the driveway being widened the ONE week it was an issued before we had it sodded. Not to mention, we asked for a quote from him to sod it after we back filled with dirt so that he could get the mower back there - shocker, didn't get that quote or service. If you're going to own a business, be man enough to admit when you've done a shitty job. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY THROWING MONEY AT SHITTY SERVICE!!!

The owner showed up promptly for the estimate appointment and provided a comprehensive quote on the work and what it would require. They were flexible with the timeframe for the work and the quote was reasonable for the type of work provided. The crew was very professional and ensured no damage to our fence or home during the trimming. All debris was cleaned up from my yard and stacked appropriately for the lawn/garbage crew to take it away. Very small debris was even cleaned up from my neighbor's yard although that was only a small amount as the crew was very diligent in trimming the tree. I highly recommend this company for any type of landscaping or tree work you need done.
